Understand how this membership works After you sign up and download the Club Heldie app, you will have access to...

Workouts:

  • Running plans to help you train for your next race (5K, 10K, half marathon, etc)
  • Cross-training workouts & programs to help you increase your stability, strength, and power
  • A workout calendar to help you stay organized and accountable

Nutrition Resources:

  • Join the "Nutrition" community tab to access downloadable PDFs for recipes, fueling guides, and more

Community:

  • Check out the "Team Huddle" to meet fellow runners, share ideas, and encourage one another

Progress Tracking:

  • To edit the things you want to keep track of, click on the "Progress Tracker" tab in the app, then scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Edit." From there, you can add/remove things you want to focus on
  • We recommend choosing performance-based goals over aesthetic-based goals. Some examples include...
    -1 mile run
    -Push up reps
    -Pull up reps
    -Planking time
