Listen, I really really really love what I do.

When I'm not chatting with clients,  you'll find me in a pair of running shorts & a baseball cap typing eagerly on my laptop with THE biggest smile on my face. Why? Because Yeah Girl! Nutrition is my dream come true. I'm happiest when I get to encourage and teach others about how to feel confident and positive about themselves and the food on their plate.
