Paige Foote, Coach and Founder of Heldie


Hi, I’m Paige! I’m a registered dietitian, personal trainer, and running coach who helps runners from all backgrounds train and fuel for their best performance.

My Coaching Philosophy

  • I believe that improving performance isn't a "one size fits all" approach. Each athlete has unique goals and needs that deserve a personalized approach
  • I believe that improving performance means building habits that are sustainable. Instead of quick fixes that may lead to injury or burnout, I help athletes build realistic habits that fit seamlessly into their lifestyle for years to come
  • I believe that improving performance doesn't mean sacrificing quality of life. My goal is to help athletes find balance in all areas of their life including food, rest, work, and relationships

My Background

  • I have worked with athletes from all backgrounds including professional, elite, amateur, and youth sports. I have also supported military personnel, first responders, and corporate clients from companies like Mattel and the Los Angeles Lakers
  • I have completed 4 half marathons, 1 full marathon, plenty of local fun runs, and many more races to come
  • I currently live in Virginia with my husband, Ben, and dog, Daisy. As a military spouse, I love that I get to live in new places and connect with runners from all over the world
