A customized running and nutrition plan with ongoing support from a running coach and registered dietitian.
How it works:
- Once you purchase the program, you will receive an email from me to set up your initial appointment via phone or Google Meet
- In our initial session, we'll cover everything I need to know about you to help provide you with the best running and fueling plan to help you reach your goals.
- We'll then schedule a follow-up nutrition appointment 2-3 weeks later to assess your progress, make adjustments, and set new goals. We'll then meet monthly for as long as needed
- I'll also check-in weekly via email to offer support, make adjustments, and provide any other helpful advice for your training
- Initial phone or video consult
