How it works:
- After purchasing a plan, Paige will send you a form to learn all about your training needs.
- After reviewing your information, she'll then craft a 4 or 16-week that will be delivered via email in PDF form in about 1-2 weeks
- Those who select the 16-week plan will receive a mid-point email check-in to make any necessary adjustments and provide support
- Once you receive the plan, you'll have all that you need to start your training on the right foot!
