Progress Settings

How to edit and track different progress metrics

  • Open the Club Heldie app
  • Click on the “Me” tab at the bottom of your screen
  • Scroll down to the “Progress” section, then click “Show All”
  • Choose the “Metrics” tab, then scroll down to the bottom of the page and click “Edit”
    • Scroll through the list of metrics. When you see one you would like to track (ex: push up reps), click on it’s green plus sign. You will see that it is immediately added to your progress graphs
    • To remove a metric, click on the red negative sign, then click “delete” and you will see it disappear from your graphs
    • Body Composition: Click HERE to read Club Heldie’s statement on weight and body composition. If you would still like to track body composition, you can select each metric and enter it manually
